Dotcom Reps offers its services based on the values of transparency, integrity, and unwavering commitment to client success. We help sellers in their extensive store management, including FBA and FBM operations.

  • Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) - You ship your inventory to Amazon Fulfillment Centers via Small Parcel or LTL, and they pick, pack, and ship the product. It is available for sale with a Prime badge.
  • Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) – You manage the pick, pack, and ship directly to consumers who buy your products on Amazon. There is no prime badge unless you are Seller Fulfilled Prime eligible.

We work as your Amazon vendor central management, supporting all the core services and operations.

  • Pallet Program – Amazon issues palletized LTL orders at a reduced cost. You ship the goods to Amazon, and they own the goods; the products appear as 'Ships from and Sold by Amazon.com' and include a Prime badge. Amazon picks, packs, and ships products directly to customers.
  • Warehouse Orders – Amazon issues traditional warehouse orders via small parcel (or pallet). You ship the goods to Amazon, and they own the goods; the products appear as 'Ships from and Sold by Amazon.com' and include a Prime badge. Amazon picks, packs, and ships products directly to customers.
  • Direct Import – Amazon will order the products from you or your factory. If in another country, they pick up the goods from the port in China. They are responsible for the ocean freight and all other expenses relating to import and transportation. The container eventually arrives at the Amazon Fulfillment Center(s), where the goods are stored. The products appear as 'Ships from and Sold by Amazon.com' and include a Prime badge. Amazon picks, packs, and ships products directly to customers.
  • Born to Run – Commonly referred to as vendor-initiated Purchase Orders. Amazon has not purchased these products before due to low traffic or visibility, but you want to take the risk of sending them 10 weeks of inventory to kick-start the engine. If they don't sell, Amazon will pay for them at a reduced cost or return them to you. You ship the goods to Amazon, and they own the goods; the products appear as 'Ships from and Sold by Amazon.com' and include a Prime badge. Amazon picks, packs, and ships products directly to customers.

Meet Our Founder

Adam Wilkens, founder of Dotcom Reps, was born in 1981 in Mineola, New York, into a lineage deeply rooted in American entrepreneurship. Albert Ross, his great-grandfather, started the Chain Bike Corporation in 1946. This company made the famous ROSS Bicycles, which were an early leader in U.S. cycling manufacturing. That entrepreneurial spirit has been passed down through the years, ultimately shaping Adam's remarkable journey in business and digital innovation.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Central Florida in 2004, Adam started his career in advertising sales, taking his interests in both print and digital formats.

Adam was an early pioneer in the giant e-commerce ecosystem, specifically Amazon, who envisioned the company's explosive potential long before it became a major force in global retail. Adam was already assisting brands in navigating and thriving on Amazon at a time when most people thought of it as a basic online bookstore. With a sharp vision, he founded Dotcom Reps as one of the first product-focused (non-book) sales and marketing firms, specifically designed to assist Amazon vendors and sellers with their sales, accounting, and marketing management.

With over two decades of experience in managing both Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts, Adam has become a trusted expert in the field, swiftly handling everything from purchase order negotiations and supply chain strategy to A+ content optimization, advertising execution, and catalog troubleshooting. His diverse clientele ranges from household brands and mid-size retailers to emerging start-ups, everyone benefiting from his hands-on expertise and relationship-driven approach.
